Kurbon emphasizes that the country must urgently implement measures to adapt to these changes.

According to the information portal “Weather and Climate,” average annual temperatures in various regions of Tajikistan—Bokhtar, Dushanbe, Khorog, and Khujand—have steadily risen over the past five decades, from 1974 to the present. Thus, in Bokhtar, the average annual temperature has increased from 15.6°C to 18.3°C over the past 50 years. In Dushanbe, it has risen from 13.7°C to 16.9°C.
