  The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan his excellency Emomali Rahmon is recognized on the world stage as an initiator of humanitarian and integrated ideas on water, climate and environmental protection issues, and on the basis of the initiatives and proposals of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan that the United Nations adopted fourteen resolutions. Therefore, this book analyzes and evaluates Tajikistan's international initiatives related to water resources, climate change, glacier conservation, sustainable development, and environmental issues, based on meteorological, climatological, hydrological, and glaciological data and patterns.
