The dissertation was conducted at the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower, and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.

During the dissertation work, patterns of the impact of technospheric transformations by hydro-objects on the hydrosphere in Tajikistan’s river basins were identified, taking into account climatic changes and exploring technologies to ensure hydro-ecological security in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The dissertation consists of an introduction, six chapters, general conclusions, and appendices, presented across 250 pages.
Anvar Saidkulovich Kodirov’s dissertation, titled "Patterns of Transformation of Tajikistan's Water Resources by Hydro-Objects under Climate Change Conditions," was submitted for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences in the specialty 25.00.27 - "Land Hydrology, Water Resources, Hydrochemistry."
