Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan on the eve of the United Nations Conference on the Midterm Review of the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028", which will be held from 22 to 24 March 2023 in New York City (United States of America), under the chairmanship of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, publish a special issue of the Scientific and Practical Journal "Water Resources, Energetics and Ecology" (Vol.3, No.1, 2023).

  Rustam Emomali talked about the importance of inter-parliamentary cooperation and the development and achievements of Dushanbe.
