Water security - the basis of sustainable development
In honor of the International Decade of Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028" and the 20th anniversary of the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, an International Scientific and Practical Conference "Water Security - the Basis for Sustainable Development" was held on October 5-6, 2022 at the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of NAST. Scientists and researchers from the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan, Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Executive Committee of "International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea", Tajik National University, Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.Osimi, Tajik Agrarian University named after Shirinsho Shokhtemur, Geographical Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Water Management of Uzbekistan, International Institute of Water Management of Uzbekistan took part in this conference.

Multilingual dictionary of basic terms in the water industry
The dictionary was prepared by a group of experts and translators during the implementation of the Central Asia Knowledge Network (CA KN) project as part of the Central Asia Water and Energy Program (CAWEP), a multi-stakeholder partnership between the World Bank, the European Union, Switzerland (through SECO) and United Kingdom (via FCDO).
