Scientific seminar

  On June 26, 2024, a scientific seminar was held at the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. At the seminar, PhD student Sohibov Azam Nuralievich presented his scientific dissertation on the topic "Improving the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of ecological tourism in Tajikistan", which was attended by doctors and scientists.

Visit of Professors from China University of Geosciences to the Institute

  On May 5, 2025, the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan was honored to host guests from the China University of Geosciences in Wuhan: Professor Xiang Zhang and Professor Xihui Gu.

A seminar was held in the conference hall of the Institute’s Dissertation Council, opened with a welcoming speech by the Director of the Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences A.A. Gulakhmadzoda. In his address, he welcomed the guests and introduced them to the Institute’s staff.
