Born on January 13, 1972 in Kuibyshev district (now A.Jami) of Khatlon region.Tajik by nationality.In 1995 graduated from Tajik Technical University named after Academic M.Osimi with qualification of engineer-constructor (specialty "Water supply and Sanitation").
