Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan on the eve of the United Nations Conference on the Midterm Review of the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028", which will be held from 22 to 24 March 2023 in New York City (United States of America), under the chairmanship of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, publish a special issue of the Scientific and Practical Journal "Water Resources, Energetics and Ecology" (Vol.3, No.1, 2023).

  An interview with the Speaker of the National Assembly of Tajikistan, Chairman of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali was published in Brussels in the 69th edition of the well-known and influential magazine Diplomatic World.

  Rustam Emomali talked about the importance of inter-parliamentary cooperation and the development and achievements of Dushanbe.

Congratulations on successful defense of the doctoral dissertation!

  On the 24th of September 2022, at the meeting of Scientific Council DSc.41/30.04.2021.T.131.01 at the Research Institute of Irrigation and Water Problems of the Republic of Uzbekistan, head of scientific and analytical division of the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Aminjon Abdudzhabborovich Gulakhmadov defended a doctoral dissertation  on "Modeling the climate change impacts on runoff formation and hydraulic regime of the Vakhsh River". 

Appraisal adds responsibility

  In accordance with the provisions of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan and the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of NAST, the appraisal of doctors (PhD) of 2 and 3 courses took place in this institute on January 24, 2022 under the guidance of the director of the institute.
