China-Central Asia cooperation entering a new stage

  The China-Central Asia Summit is just around the corner, taking place from May 18-19 in Xi'an, Shaanxi province. The presidents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will be attending this event. It is a significant moment for strengthening cooperation and deepening friendship between Central Asia and China.

  According to the plan of scientific and scientific-technical activities in the Republic of Tajikistan planned for 2023 and the scientific plan of the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, on 6-7 October 2023 the Institute will hold an International Scientific-Practical Conference "Water Resources, Innovation, Resource and Energy Saving".

Participation of the Institute staff in the OSCE master class

  From 20 to 24 March 2023, the OSCE Office hosted a "Science for Diplomacy" workshop for young researchers from Tajikistan.

  The event focused on the writing and subsequent publication of scientific articles in international scientific journals. Two employees of the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of NAST, Navruzshoev Hofiz from the laboratory of “Hydraulic structures” and Fatullaeva Zarina from the “Project Search and Implementation” Department participated in the master class.
