Congratulations on Receiving the Jubilee Medal!
In commemoration of the 300th anniversary of the founding of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Day of Russian Science, a solemn general meeting of RAS members was held on May 27-28, 2024. The head of the Water Resources Management and Conservation Department of the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower, and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, foreign member of RAS, Professor Pulatov Ya.E., participated in this event. For his outstanding contributions to the development of science, he was awarded the Jubilee Medal "300 Years of the Russian Academy of Sciences," established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated December 5, 2022, No. 874. The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, also attended the ceremony and delivered a speech, highly praising the role of science and its contribution to the socio-economic development of Russia and other countries over the years of its existence.

Final examination for the PhD degree
Based on the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 28, 2024, No. 328, as well as the order of the director of the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower, and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan dated April 24, 2024, No. 44 "On the date of the final exams for third-year PhD candidates", on April 29, 2024, the final exam for the PhD degree took place in the auditorium of the institute.
