Round table dedicated to the Day of National Unity

  On June 26, 2025, a round table dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the National Unity Day was held in the hall of the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
  The event was opened by the director of the institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences Aminjon Gulahmadzoda, who for the first time noted that national unity is the greatest achievement of the era of independence, and its preservation is the sacred duty of every citizen of the country. Because all the achievements of our beloved Tajikistan during the years of its independence are the result of hard work and constant efforts of the Leader of the Nation, the respected Emomali Rahmon and the blessing of National Unity.

Participation of the Institute’s Staff in the International Conference on the Protection of Biodiversity and Ecosystems in the Republic of Tajikistan

 On May 16, 2025, the International Conference titled “Protection of Biodiversity and Ecosystems in the Republic of Tajikistan” was held in the Hall of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.

 The conference was attended by the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Dushanbe, as well as national and international scientists and researchers.

Lecture by Dr. Mohamed A.S. Wahba at the Institute

  On April 30, 2025, a scientific seminar was held at the Institute of Water Problems, Hydropower, and Ecology of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. The seminar featured a guest lecture by Dr. Mohamed A.S. Wahba, Honorary Vice President of ICID, Chair of AFWG & CDTE-WG-ICID, and Professor from the Arab Republic of Egypt.
